Delivery Day Return Policy:
We believe in fairness and transparency, which is why our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day. This ensures that you have a reasonable amount of time to inspect your purchase. If an item is in transit beyond the specified 30-day return policy period, we consider this and allow returns accordingly. 


Under What Circumstances We Offer a Return:

  1. To Cancel an Order:

    • If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team at hello@gradedprints.com.
    • We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  2. Damaged on Arrival:

    • Inspect your order upon delivery.
    • If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, contact us immediately.
    • Provide a description of the damage and, if possible, attach photos to assist us in evaluating the issue.
    • We will promptly arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, depending on your preference.
  3. Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty):

    • In the event of a manufacturing defect or if an item breaks after use within our warranty period, please reach out to our customer support team.
    • We will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include returning the item for repair, replacement, or a refund per our warranty policy.
  4. Change of Mind:

    • If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
  5. For an Exchange:

    • To exchange an item for a different one, please follow the same return process as outlined in section 4.
    • Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
  6. Wrong Product Received:

    • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
    • We will arrange for a return, and upon receiving the returned item, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Contact our customer support team at hello@gradedprints.com and provide your order number and details about the reason for the return. Or log into account.gradedprints.com and request a return.
  2. Return Authorisation:

    • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation, along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
    • We only issue return packages from the United Kingdom.
  3. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Ensure the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
    • Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address provided in the return authorisation.
  4. Required Documents:

    • Include a copy of the return authorisation along with the returned item.
    • If necessary, attach photos to support claims of damage or defects.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. The method of refund will be the same as your original payment.
